  2. Why are the streets of Paris lined with trees?

So the German soldiers can march in the shade.

  4. I remember them going on maneuvers last year when I photographed them while hiding behind a tree with a minox camera. The clandestine presence of the headquarters for the United States is disquieting for conspiracy or world war two nuts like me

  5. They are guarding a shipment of weinershintzel for the super secret Octoberfest they have at Dulles for the US Military. Not joking, they have this every year, where they ship in German beer and food for the celebration. Impossible to get tickets.

  6. Seriously? I want to go to there!

I remember reading this book as a kid where the main character -- maybe a cat? -- rode out of the airport on a Bratwurst Balloon. Maybe they'll have one of those there as well.
